Happy Equinox, Nowruz, Thelemic New Year, & soever! Equinox this year was March 20 at 9:37 UTC.
For my part, this week I don’t know where the time went, but, as always, worked on the website, blog, and more … Enjoy!

Thelemic New Year
It’s not too late to start, or include in your daily practice, the year long Thelemic Tephilah sequence of recommended readings, which started at the Thelemic New Year. I did this for an entire year over on all my social media a while back. There’s a few people that have started posting these this year, I see. Anyhow, if you aren’t doing a daily practice, this could be a nice, clear way to commit to one year to get yourself going. Or, a way to add something new to your existing practice for the next year.
Is that a green clover in your pocket, or …
… should you seek the help of a medical professional?
Um. *cough*
Look what you monsters made me do!
Magick Union Dept. 666
In a reply, to a now deleted tweet (idek, whatever) where someone was talking about forming a magick union, I humbly suggested forming an IWW Dept. 666 within the Public Services! Also, as something of an aside An Esoteric Interpretation of the I.W.W. Preamble by Hakim Bey is now on the site.
I mean, sabo-cat is obviously a black cat witch familiar. Fight me.

A letter from Italy
A letter from Italy
“Good morning Professor. Bell, my name is Giorgio Garelli and I am a university researcher. I am looking for a copy of an article by Adam Mac Lean entitled ‘Alchemic Mandala’ which was published in Hermetic Journal n. 6 (1979). I was unable to find this publication in Italy. Could you possibly give directions to find it? Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards”
Yeah, not a professor, me. Just the super villain known only, to some, as the Librarian! Muahahaha*cough* don’t even try to check out non-circulating books! (Narrator voice: All the books are non-circulating.)
Of course, I’ve nothing to do with that journal, but, for the record, a simple search engine safari shows there is a collected edition of Hermetic Journal for 1979, which includes the “Alchemic Mandala” article, available in the US and in Italy furthermore there’s a whole book on the topic Alchemical Mandala: A Survey of the Mandala in the Western Esoteric Traditions by Adam MacLean available in the US and Italy.
